I like Alive too. Usually I'll take 2 per day. One in the morning and one later.

I use opti-men, have been considering the orange triad for the extra joint benefits but I'm a tight ass about money and can't justify making the switch

I used to take a whole foods multi but for the past year I've just been taking in whole foods with plenty of green veggies and recently added green smoothies. I'll probably put the whole foods multi back in.
