Being a PLer, I try to set up my meets so that I have enough time to gain strength, but also to where I'm like 'oh shit I have this many weeks til the meet!' And I know even if it's 20 weeks out, that time comes up real quick.
Ive a jew found deaire to train more regularly and heavier since my daughter has taken an interest in power lifting. There are days i am mentally and physically exhausted, she will be there nagging me, come on dad lets go. Its pretty awesome.
