I want to compete again in a national qualifier this summer......
But on the grown-up list:
1) Succeed in current business venture.
2) Buy a home at the end of my lease.
3) Be a good husband and father.
4) Stay bigger than IronCore.

Solid choices Mayo. I like to compete, but it's too little too late and being a husband and father of three means I compete with few expectations. That being said, I want to bring up lagging tri's. calves and front delts so I can have a good shot at placing in a 2012 qualifier.

Your expectations are the only ones that matter Hawk. Judges are biased, onlookers are jealous; you are the only one who knows if you left everything on that gym floor. Fuck a scorecard. What weight class you gonna try?

Ohh man here are my goals:

1. Be consistent in the gym
2. Get back to doing submission wrestling
3. Compete in the LA championships
4. But most of all be the best husband to my wife

Well LK I like your goal of a b.j. every morning that would get me motivated for sure guess I need to find a woman again that undestands the life style

Heavywt. I weighed 212 in my first but was too fat, dropped to 204 for the second, but was really flat (filled out 3 days later you know the story). Next time I would like to be a ripped, full 212-215 at 5'10". And yeah I compete mostly cuz I like the challenge and enjoy the whole aspect of competing. BBing is not my life, but def. a part of it and it sounds like it's the same for you.

What wt. and shows have you done?
