Anything with an aggressive opening guitar riff really gets my juices flowing. Nothing better than epic guitar with a little metal/rock flavor to get things pumpin at the gym! I never listened to music while lifting weights until about 6 weeks ago....my workouts have improved dramatically since then.
yah, in addition to La Isla Bonita, Korn, Rob Zombie, Saliva..that type of thing. What's odd is I only listen to hard rock/metal when I'm lifting...the rest of the time my music tastes are all over the board.
Oh...and definitely rock out to Lady Gaga during posing practice.
