Fragment 176-191 would be the best with T-3 and clenbuterol. Someone did mention that in an early post and he's right. Also you will maintain and build muscle on this protocol.... I've takin them all!!!

1 hour B4 Training; Semorelin/Ghrp6
After workout; CJC-1295/Ipamorelin/Ghrp6, wait 20-30min down your shake w carbs, 40 min later I take IGF1-LR3.
Bedtime; Sermorelin/Ipamorelin/Ghrp6 wait 20-30min protein shake only..
PEG-MGF on non workout days only... great for recuperation..
