I think the question is how do you tighten up the chest and develop cleavage area?
finish every chest routine with:
4 sets of heavy DB flys 8 reps as heavy as possible
4 sets of lighter cable or machine flys lighter 15 rep range for pumping blood into the muscle
the above worked great for my pec development
