Someone asked me this a while back. I train mostly for strength and health not for looks. I like being 2-3 times stronger than the average man. I like being able to go down the road from my Jiu-jitsu school to the local MMA gym and grapple with 20 different fighters (ages 18-26) for 3 hours and only have one tap me. At an age of 43. I also have some anger issues that the weights and heavy bag help with. Have likely kept me out of prison a few times.
