At the core, one thing that drives me: to be healthy and not look my age. I truly think that living a healthy lifestyle by eating clean and lifting heavy weights....is helping with the aging process (this is my .02). I want to be able to get down on the floor with the little ones and get back up on my own. I want to avoid taking scripts that can be avoided if one would just live a healthier lifestyle and care about their bodies and get rid of extra body fat that is causing health concerns.
Other things that drive/motivate me: -I love the way that diet and exercise can alter your body composition. -I love the way I feel when I eat clean. -I want visibility and proof that i have glutes! -I want to grow my hamstrings and glutes!
Can't really put my finger on it. I don't think my mind will let me do anything else. There was a point in time where I was at my lowest and part of me said to just accept this is your life now. But there was still that other part of that said nah fuck that. So I continued pushing.
Great replays I'm trying to outrun father time hahaha. Honestly though I want to be healthy and I want a good quality of life. I retire in another 16 years and I don't want to think back on what I could have been. No regrets
