What do you guys eat pre-workout?

Before i hit the steel ..I always eat a sweet potatoe ..1 slice of wheat bread with peanutbutter and a protien shake with gatorade ...carb it up ..and 45 min later..i scoop Dark rage with 1 scoop jack3d concoxion...great results..

I'm also a believer in the BCAAs, but mostly when I'm cutting and in a caloric deficit. Haven't used them much otherwise.

1 hour before training i eat pasta and chicken
and just before training i swallow some bcaa
after training i get a big protein\gainer shake

I eat more afterwards than I do before.I like oats and bananas beforehand.If I am going to eat something high sugar I do it after training.Based off of the whole theory of your body is like a sponge after training and will better absorb nutrients.

Whole grain bagel and 25G whey isolate protein shake 30 minutes prior.

2 hard boiled eggs, 1.5 cups whole milk / I drink a 20 oz Mr. Pibb during my workout...the Pibb is something I've always done, probably always will....strange, huh?

I've stopped taking a pre-workout supplement (FYI).

I usually eat fish and a sweet potato pre/w about 45 min to an hour before. The fish digests easier... less chance of puking...

-1.5 hours pre-workout:I eat 8oz chicken breast and 1 cup jasmine rice
-30minutes pre-workout: 30g HydroWhey, 1scoop GlycoMaize, BCAAs

sounds similar to mine

I usually eat 10 to 12 oz of cooked chicken and 2 cups of brown rice or potato's 1 hour prior to any workout.

all them pre workout things are a scam they dont build any muscle at all

Preworkout high for me is 25mg Ephedrine HCL inject.
