Ok so I was getting tired of the treadmill and the elliptical I don't like so I ventured out a little and bought a jump rope, HOLY SHIT I love it, It's going to take awhile to get used to but I was so drained when I finished. I tried to reach 100 which isn't many but that came at 5, 10, 25, 30, 25 till I got 100, had to learn to do it again, LOL.

lately, shoveling snow, LOL

I like biking most of the non-winter. There are some really nice long trails by my house where I can get at least 10 miles or more in.

I usually walk 6-7 miles or run 5 miles as fast and hard as I can...in kickboxing and mixed martial arts training we use jump ropes. its a hell of endurance work out.

Jumping rope is actually GREAT for you. Works fast twitch muscles and develops coordination and timing when fatigued. Boxers cant be wrong! That is why I stay away from it! ;)

Seriously, I do variable elliptical and jump rope...some running outside, but not much.

Jumping rope is hard core man, nothing else lights my shoulders and calves on fire like it does. Typically my cardio consists of a 30 min walk on the tread mill with a slight incline. I try to get it in first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

It usually depends on my mood, but Ellepitical, sometimes jog/run on a treadmill. Have been doing stairs recently. Which is probably the only cardio exercise that makes me pour down sweat, huff and puff only after a couple of minutes.

This summer, me and my body are going to start running again and get up to 5 miles again. I could probably do that now if I tried hard enough, but I might not move for the rest of the week.....lol

The only problem is, my Ham's start cramping up on me after about 15 to 20 mins. Yes, I'm hydrated, and drink gatorade too.

I love tabata intervals on the rowing ERG, hardest 4 minutes on a machine possible.
