ground taco turkey salad with rice and few healthier toppings
baked chicken breast (heated up in a frying pan, then added Red Hot buffalo sauce), air fried sweet potato with butter, can of sauerkraut
Made 3 gallons of turkey chili with black beans. Lots of fresh onions, garlic, jalapeno.
I alternate big spoonfuls of chili and sips of lemon ginger tea made with ginger oil and ACV to alleviate gas and bloating.
2 slices of Liverwurst as a snack, nom nom nom!
