Aug 8, 2015 So I've been deadlifting more these days, didn't realize what weak numbers I'm pulling compared to a lot of you. I pull conventional with mix grip (left hand over, right hand under?) I'm only pulling for 1,2,3 reps... not for volume, besides warm up. Here's my numbers, don't laugh 335x3 3 sets. No belt, which I need one. Ain't tried for a 1rep max yet. Goal is to pull 405 for 1... for now. I'm learning how to drive with the legs and not pull so much where I feel I naturally want to do, make sense?
