I am getting leaner than I have ever been. I am still eating about 55000-6000 cal/d, but what I eat is quite different. I have switched to a Mediterranean diet with lots of protein (!360g/d) and extra virgin olive oil. I have completely given up breads, processed foods, donuts, and I can't remember the last time we ate out. I have dropped from around 245 to 225 in the past 3-4 months. Honestly, I do not miss the donuts, ice cream, and shit I used to eat. I am in the gym 5 days a week now and burn about 4500 cal/d.
