Exactly, while I don't have the same goals in the gym as I did, I am there to fight the aging process. Its much harder to keep what you have as you age, then you have to have surgery. I lost friggin' 17 lbs, mostly muscle, since surgery last May. 4 months later, still trying to gain it back and still trying to get the strength back. Plus, like some of you guys, I don't want my wife to have to look at a fat lazy old guy and my wife works just as hard so she doesn't turn into a fat lazy wife.Knowing what happens on many levels if I don't esp with advancing age. Take 3 months off for a major surgery and see how it works out. If that doesn't get you back in the gym, you're out to pasture and ready for the Bil-jac factory. Plus if I like the Mrs hard and lean, being a pot bellied aging fuck isn't going to work.
Haha. It is all good brother. That is my personal preference for top end of body fat. Some guys like to get a little fluffier. I find that my gains slow tremendously once I get over 15%, so I will do a quick mini cut (2-4 weeks) to get me back to a comfortable level. That newly accrued fat comes of quick AF. I started a mini cut Monday and I am already down 17 lbs, almost all water, but the look is drastically different. Looks like I am in prep again.Well shit, I’m fat then.
