I've been running the wendler for about a year and a half now and have had some huge gains on it but I get sticking points or points in which I stop making gains. Also my stamina seems to fall off on my main lifts. I know the wendler is for strength and focus a lot on 1rm but was wondering if anyone else had run this and had similar issues? Also wanted to know any solutions anyone had found that worked for them and if there were any other programs people had big gains on to possibly try out. I know everyone's body is different and responds differently to different types of training but I also have an issue when I up my reps I tend to start to get cut up and lose strength.
