Yeah, I grabbed a bagel last Saturday for the first time in 3 months, I sweat through my shirt trying to hang a TV, it was bad.LOL, on the high-GI carb intake on DNP. I was once running 400mg/day (only for about 10 days), and I grabbed a handful of M&Ms without really thinking about it. Within about 20-30 minutes, from the way I was sweating, I sure looked like I was guilty of something! LOL
Yep, there is the water retention factor. Since I've been floundering on this, I just dropped it in hopes the scale will move downward before Sunday. My metabolism sucks.@Restart i noticed that I started holding water while running 200mg ed at about day 12. Came off for about a week and then back on for 2 more
