I have identified 2 areas that need serious work like most it's legs and chest. So my question is am I best focusing for a whole month specifically on these areas on a 4 day split (legs, chest, off, legs, chest off) Or do I carry on as normal and chuck in a few sets on each at the end of each day. Really need to get my upper and middle chest fuller and bring my wheels up to standard. Thoughts please.
