Weak body parts

I have identified 2 areas that need serious work like most it's legs and chest. So my question is am I best focusing for a whole month specifically on these areas on a 4 day split (legs, chest, off, legs, chest off) Or do I carry on as normal and chuck in a few sets on each at the end of each day. Really need to get my upper and middle chest fuller and bring my wheels up to standard. Thoughts please.

Stick to compound movements and get your nutrition in check. If you have a proper workout split and are eating to gain mass, you will see these areas will start to catch up.

Are you training legs hards enough? Most people don't. It's good that you have them first in the week. Eat big bro. Get your legs to grow and the rest of your body will follow.
