Now why does this sound familiar ....Welcome.
Take it slow, can't rebuild in a day what was lost over years, focus on reestablishing core strength, get down on the ground and start planking and doing some bodyweight type exercises if you can, or modify them so you can do them, rebuild the engine from the ground up, then start moving the heavy irons, you can look at my logs, it isn't anything to write home about number wise, but consistency and dedication to the task will pay off in the long run. Get your butt on a treadmill and focus on getting to 10 minutes at a decent speed, low impact steady state cardio, try to get 10k steps a day at a minimum if you are not already and if you arent do it in stages, shoot for 5, hit 5, shoot for 8, etc. Its about taking care of the body as much as it is fighting off father time.
