Nice bro, we only have 130's where I workout, I usually do a set of 10, break another set of 10 then drop to the 120's and do as many as I can, then keep dropping by 10 and maxing out.

Masterfully done brother!!! That's a lot of weight! I use pretty much the same technique you do because I feel that i work mostly my inner pecs that way.

It really depends on a lot of things but in general, yeah, you can hit the inner pecs pretty intensively.

i imagine that it does depend on many things. he doesnt let his arms go towards his sides as much in this video as he did in the Hemo Rage video. i might have to give it a try and see for myself :D

Oh please I can do that (with 60's lol)... This dudes a beast. I think he says he's natty too? Either way its mind blowing to me how strong he is. Wonder what he deadlifts/squats though?

Nice work and the lift sure is awesome with db's that weight and size. Usually those are hard to control, but you did a great job with that.
