I don't think it's a vegan-based poster, it's just listing foods which people should be eating.

I don't eat chocolate but I do eat carob from time.

Usually just the plain blocks, I prefer firm over soft as when you slice it you don't lose a litre of water everywhere lol.

Why wouldn't a vegetarian be able to eat chocolate. I would just make sure it is at least 70% cacao without all the other processed junk.

Only oil I use is coconut oil, I take it both straight off the spoon as well as cooking with it.

I love cooking with this stuff!

I don't eat any dairy products Daniel, there are probably a few non-dairy chocolate items I can eat but I don't really care for it.
