Vegan/SeaFood?...

1.) Vegan question: Does a vegan diet contain ALL of the amino acid profile(s) that a meat + plant diet have?...For example, egg protein contains around 23 amino's in its profile...I'm concerned that the vegan diet alone will limit the needed amino's that our bodies thrive on...

2.) Also, when it comes to eating seafood (specifically from oceans around the world) excluding freshwater fish, does anyone feel that there is a significant danger in consuming them?...I ask because according to a lot of data produced by scientists around the world. there appears to be a "plastic" problem within our oceans...Scientists are claiming that so much plastic has been dumped and continues to be dumped into the oceans that there now is an issue of "nano" particles of plastic being consumed by ALL sealife!...So, when u eat anything from the ocean this means that u are ingesting particles of plastic (FYI, plastic does not break down into nothing, it only reduces its size (structure) into "nano" particles) which at this point there is very little data on the effects of humans consuming small particles of plastic....So, does anyone have any data to refute these queries?...
