I couldn't get out to Iowa as I had to take openers for the Arnold this weekend.... but I've been following my friends on facebook and trying to catch some videos.

In case anyone missed it....

Eric Lilliebridge broke his own squat record with 959 RAW at 275

Ernie Jr crushed 733 raw and a BIG upper-400s bench

Ernie Sr just had knee surgery 3 months ago and hit a nice 815 raw squat.
I know that people scoffed at how simple their training manual is.... but it's clearly working!

I'm really rooting for Ernie Jr to hit that 2000 total at 220.

Man the 959 looked easier than his 955 a couple weeks ago!
