WelterweightLeon Edwards (c)vs.Belal Muhammad
HeavyweightTom Aspinall (ic)vs.Curtis Blaydes
LightweightBobby Greenvs.Paddy Pimblett
FlyweightMuhammad Mokaevvs.Manel Kape
FeatherweightArnold Allenvs.Giga Chikadze

Fat main card here fellas.

Leon Edwards vs Belal is the worst fight on the card. Both guys are decision guys. Edwards keeps guys on the end of long strikes and slows things down. Belal is a fence pressure guy who will hold you on the fence the whole round. Meh.

Aspinall vs Blaydes not this is a great fight. Lets see what Tom is made of with a crafty vet. I think Tom should win this one. If he wins, I think Jon Jones wants nothing to do with him. That is why he is gonna fight an aged out smaller Stipe.

Green vs Pimblett Green is a tough crafty gatekeeper. great strikes, underrated on the ground. Patty is a big guy for the division. Not real fast but uses his size well to put guys on the ground and try for chokes. This will be a great fight.

Mokaev vs Kape Mokaev is a wrestler and sup guy. Kape a stand up fighter. I think Mokaev puts Kape down and strangles him. Mok is undefeated and is a phenom of a sub artist. He has 4 subs and 2 decisions in the UFC. No TKOs. If Kape can figure out the grappling and sprawl he might have a puncher's chance

Allen vs Giga This is my pick for FOTN Allen is really good everywhere. He has great standup and great wresling. Giga has good wrestling D and is a great striker. I give the edge to the well rounded fighter in Allen.

ON TONIGHT!!!

Should be a good night of fights, i'm pretty pumped up for it!

I can't tell if Mokaev/Kape are on the main card or the undercard. They are going back and forth between that fight and the Rodrigues "Robocop"/Duncan fight.

The Robocop/Duncan fight could also be a FOTN, badass fight. I like both of those fights though, so I am gonna try to hit the prelims to see whichever is on it, lol.

Molly McCann is also fighting. She isn't a great fight and has issues with stronger ground ladies, but she is fun to watch due to her brawler demeanor. Although, she is looking much better in the lighter division and in much better shape. She finally started taking her conditioning more serious, and it showed in her last fight where she actually got a sub.

I can't add anything else to the other fights, all sound kickass to me on the main card, and i agree with what Jipped stated. Hopefully the bad blood between Edwards and Belal brings more ampage and volume to the fight.

Well, Belal is champ. He said it and he did it. Congrats to him. It was a bad match for Edwards. A grinding wrestler with unending forward pressure. Leon never "turned it on". I know he has a lot of regret today. thing is he is not a power puncher and could not keep Belal off. Belal's hands looked WAY better! He walked down Leon and stayed in his face.

Tom vs Curtis. Well what can you say, Tom has HEAVY hands. That left he threw was short and did not look powerful but certainly was. DC talked about the right but it missed. It was all that short left that put Curtis down. I bet JJ retires rather than fight him.

Paddy proved me wrong. The kid is always getting better. Green made a huge mistake trying to grapple with the size of Paddy. Paddy has some on point BJJ skill.

Robocop vs CLD. Robo is a monster. Another pressure guy with no respect for another fighters power and CLD has power. Robo is a problem boys!

Allen vs Giga. This was not the rockem sockem type fight but a technical battle. Again pressure is so important. Giga used kicks so much in the first he got tired and Allen was able to pressure and get the W.

  • Fight of the Night: No bonus awarded.
  • Performance of the Night ($200,000): Paddy Pimblett
  • Performance of the Night ($100,000): Tom Aspinall and Mick Parkin
All in all a descent night of fights but certainly not great. I expected bangers and there were just not any.

Respect to two fighters Daniel Pineda and Meatball Molly. Both were tuned up and both went for it and left every thing in the cage.
