Typo on TB500 says TB550

It was pointed out by a member that there was an accidental typo.
2 people MAY have gotten TB550 when the label should have said TB500

They agreed to buy elsewhere so all is good, and we were refunded the entire order for the mistake.

If anyone else has an issue please reach out and we will fix it.

You told me you knew there were miss-labeled bottles but didn't know who you sent them too. When I asked you why you didn't send out a notice that someone could get a miss-labeled bottle you jumped on me barking about how you couldn't send out 8000 emails. It's not the mistake that's pissed me off, it's your damn attitude. I've sent you several orders and the one time I asked you what the discount code was you told me to look it up on TID. Plus the times I have used the code or tried to it never worked. So I guess the refund makes up for that. Ya, your products are good and priced fair but being a prick ruins the whole thing.

I stated I could not contact everyone because I could not look through hundreds of orders for the few that got it. TB550 doesn't even exist and out of all the bottles you were the only one to even say anything. The others who received it apparently knew TB550 was a typo. There was no attitude, you caught me when I was extremely busy and hung up in the middle of a conversation.

As far as being a prick, lol, I refunded your ENTIRE order not the one mislabeled vial, if that is a prick so be it, I'll wear it proudly.
I answer my phone 18 hours a day, most never even reply to emails.

I posted on here in the event someone from here received one as a courtesy after your suggestion, that was a good idea and was appreciated.

I did realize it was prob. a typo but it was for my son and I'll be damned if I'm gonna give him anything with any risk at all. So whatever, were in each other's rear view mirror.
