Seated Overhead Press:

Bar 2 x 10

95 x 5

Shoulder flies with dumbbells:

25lbs x 5

35lbs x 3 x 8


Front Raises with dumbbells:

20lbs x 5

25lbs x 3x8


Bodyweight pullups: 3 x 5

Face pulls: 3 x 8

Chest supported rows: 2 (45s) x 3x8

Lat pull machines: 3x8

Shrugs: 3x15

Reverse grip tricep press downs: 3 x 8

1 arm overhead dumbbell extensions with 15lb dumbbells: 3 x 8

Ez curls:

50lbs x 5

70lbx x 5

80lbs x 5

Shoulder prehab

Shoulder has been kinda sore lately. I think it's tendinitis and some tightness. I found a cool shoulder stretch that helped a lot. So I'll try to keep doing the stretch and put an ice pack on my shoulder a couple of times a day.

Bodyweight is around 232.

Look into a cream that has lidocaine and menthol in it together. It helps me a lot.

Dude it’s so good to see you back on here. Glad to see you logging again. 232, good for you. You used to be around 260 or so didn’t you?
Thanks, man. Nice to be back and see everyone again.

Yea, I used to be between 255 and 275. I would like to get back to that weight or close because strength wise it is really helpful. But we'll see.

I’m not sure what stores are in your area, but I get it at Meijer. I get their store brand. Some of the other creams like tiger balm and all that may help, but this one has helped me the most.

Turbs ... you were one of the guys I noticed when I first got here. Think you live in the wide open spaces, and you unofficially adopted a Dog who fled a negligent neighbor and then adopted you?

Bench:

Close Grip Incline Bench:

135 x 5

155 x 2 .... Stopped here. Shoulder is getting better but not quite 100%


Flies 3 x 10

Bodyweight pull-ups 1 x 8

Dumbbell shrugs 3 x 15

Dumbbell curls:

25lbs x 5

40lbs x 10

Seated bicep machine 3 x 8

Rolling dumbbell extensions:

25lbs x 8

35lbs x 5 .... Stopped here.... Kind of irritated my shoulder

Shoulder prehab

Bodyweight is about 235.
