Post-Workout Food on Bench Day
- 2 sauteed chicken thighs with green beans, potatoes, and mushrooms

- 1 Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger, 4 tacos, large fry

- 1 large apple with peanut butter, 2 bananas with peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon.

I like training fasted if I can so I eat after the gym.

Shoulder is still a little sore but getting better. I wanted to work up on singles after the 140 on ohp but I decided to just stop and leave it for later.

Shoulder is feeling better, but not 100%. Definitely an improvement though.
