Post-Workout Food on Bench Day- 2 sauteed chicken thighs with green beans, potatoes, and mushrooms
- 1 Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger, 4 tacos, large fry
- 1 large apple with peanut butter, 2 bananas with peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon.
I like training fasted if I can so I eat after the gym.
