Does your insurance cover chiropractor adjustments? They are a lifesaver for me.

I'm not sure. I know we have some walking places for $25.

Heat on the back ... your shoulders/lats might be tight so if you can heat (and roll) them out some, that might help. While you are at it, make sure you're hammies aren't tight either. If they are tight, they pull on your lower back muscles some.

I would go see a massage therapist with a sports/athlete background. Do a search for massage therapy in your area and check out websites and bios on the massage therapists to see if there is one that's got more experience with athletes.

Thanks for the tips CL. I'm gonna go in today and do my heavy day for bench and see how everything goes.

Turbo looks like you're going to be the next youtube sensation like MegSquats.

Very strong day bro. Reverse hypers, back extensions, and the bird dog will no doubt help in your recovery. I've been dealing with a lower back strain as well and the few days that I have done the back extensions and hypers have helped. I've also used the lacrosse ball on my glutes and foam rolled my back and hammies. Hope you heal up soon brother.

Shit-ton of volume, big guy. Very impressive.

Thanks man. Just trying to keep up with the program. I'm new to the volume for bench still.

Thanks dude, back pain is no fun. But I'm trying to do rehab and rest it and see how that does.

Good job tl, shit ton of volume bro.

Thanks man, volume is new to me. I have been just doing max reps in the past. It's pretty cool though.

Well done solid press day.

Thanks a lot dude. Heavy day tomorrow.

My back is still sore in the lower middle part from my test day on bench. I kinda think it's a bone bruise if that is something you can get on your back. My lower back is still sore but not real bad. Just mildly.

Bench day went nice. I didn't try to arch my back too much, just a little.

Those AMRAP bench sets are incredible. How are your shoulders and elbows feeling?
