10/07/2013 Update
Its Monday.... I was supposed to get back in the gym today.
I started feeling better Saturday, but today when I woke up this morning, I realized that I'm getting sick with the same virus again.
soooooooooo..... looks like I'm gonna have to delay my 1st workout back.
We'll see what happens.
I was thinking about loading up on Vitamin C like Mini Forklift suggested.
