I still use the bamboo roller, it is pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Go to a sushi bar and sit at the bar and watch the sushi chef make rolls while you eat, you will be a pro on no time.

I'm with LK on this one... that looks like much more hassle and very restrictive on the role size... it isn't hard using the bamboo roller...
