if it’s already been said pardon my lateness to the party. Not gonna go back and read it all as I’m at work.

it’s been rumored (as I have believed from day 1 of this story) that Newsmax is prepared to offer Carleson a huge contract for a prime time spot along with COMPLETE control of network programming .
That could catapult Newsmax to cable and compete with the major fake news networks.

Anything is possible but I won't be holding my breath.

I think there may be some contract issues tying Tucker still to Fox. From what I have briefly seen mentioned on TV, and a few articles, he may be screwed unless Fox fully releases him, or he may not be able to sign with anybody that competes against Fox.....which is going to be everybody, unless he goes his own independent route, or something like that. I don't know all the terminology they use, and i'm too lazy right now to go search for it, lol. From what i've heard from other prior Fox hosts, they (Fox) is really anal about this type of stuff, and they doubt Fox will follow suit with anything that puts him into competition with them.

The other side is that if they do not release him fully from his contract, he will still get paid his normal salary from them (Fox)......or something along those lines. It's kind of a weird situation.

I would love for him to sign with Newsmax though because I don't have to order cable to watch it

Yeah, I saw that leaked clip. If that's the best they got, they don't have much. Basically, he was complaining that the Fox Nation website wasn't being operated well and that it was hard to navigate. I don't know exactly what he's talking about as I've never been at the site, but it's not like he was making comments like Don Lemon who said that a woman at a certain age is "past her prime.." LOL

I don't think Fox has to worry about Carlson disparaging the network. They've done enough in this episode to speak for themselves. They don't look good at all in this entire process.

If Carlson violates his contract he loses, at least, the remaining compensation. Whether there are other penalties, sometimes called liquidated damages in contracts depends. Just how onerous Fox can be in specifying liquidated damages is likely driven by industry standards. If those provisional are standard in news biz contracts, then they're likely in there. If nobody has those, it's hard for Fox to force people to sign a contract like that.

And yet I still see people everywhere say that he is the only one on Fox that tells the truth, even after all that has come to light.

Some people think the sky is green no matter what you tell them and they will never change their minds.

Same with the 2020 election. Even the people that riled up the supporters and the believers know Trump's claims of a rigged election was a con but that doesn't matter. How it does not matter, I don't know. There is so much more evidence that it was indeed a con vs any evidence of fraud on a massive scale, but hey.

Part of me thinks that people don't want to admit they got duped. The other part is that they simply want Trump in office at any cost so they will go along with it.

I still don’t see where it’s plain black and white where Tucker Carlson lied. He’s an opinion journalist. he’s not the hard news, so I’m not sure what the big fuss is about.

He questioned the election results, because obviously things were shady as fuk, but had no evidence of fraud. So because you have no evidence means you can’t question it?

He is caught telling the viewers something he didnt believe himself.
He didnt believe the Dominion machines was fucked but still told you it could be.
Its funny to me that so many people bought his lies and are still believing the lies after it was discovered in the Dominion discovery.

Anyone supporting him just need to shut up about the lying MSM.

So he didn’t believe the voting machines were screwed up, but said they could be because there is no evidence to conclude one way or another.

I’m still not seeing what the issue is here.
