Oh yeah. I put on 8 lbs of water after the 1st leg day post show. I get so much inflammation in my legs after training it is ridiculous. I watched the scale jump 8 lbs from one morning to the next. I just laughed and say, well I guess this is the new baseline weight. Where most people can stop training legs a week out from a show. I have to stop 2-3 weeks before the show.

I do PPL rest (abs and biceps on rest day) and repeat, so everything gets trained often. I am considering pulling legs out and only training them every other session or every 3rd session and saving the recovery pool for the rest of the body. They would probably still grow better than they rest of my body. I just have such a really good mind muscle connection with my legs.

Haha. I wasn't even paying attention to the thread then Beef went and tagged me. Blame him.

BTW, you look great brother. Those things are solid. Better than a lot I seen at Masters Nationals.

Haha. That is one area I will never be accused of being large. To make matters worse, the bigger my quads get the smaller it looks.
