CANNOT seem to get the cellulite off the back of my legs.. any suggestions? Is it true that if you work a muscle too much it is counterproductive? Like it eats itself?

Sorry but bodyfat is all in the diet......diet and hard ass work.
No magic pill / no magic cream .....

If only... Lol. I need to bump up the cardio quite a bit. What do you think about HIIT?

There are some creams that help but aren't permanent. You are doing the best thing in the world building muscle.
My girl had it and it really disappeared from a tight diet and especially muscle gain size in the hips and thighs which stretched the skin a bit.

I hate traditional cardio it is so boring. But love HIT because it's like training doing a bunch of mini sets of weights to me. I blast for 20 seconds and down for 10 seconds on the elliptical then repeat for 4 to 8 minutes total. Thank goodness for HIT apps on the phone.

My thought on that is to do what works for you to burn fat lol. Seriously.....there are so many ways to burn it, HIIT is just another way. Try it for a week or two, see what you think.

Like mentioned above, diet and cardio. Unfortunately, the fat on the back of the legs is some of the last to go.

I like HIIT, but not exclusively. I like to mix my cardio up with some HIIT and long, low impact stuff.

Look into subcutaneous injections with slin pins for cycles it will clearly change the way you feel on a cycle. Don't exceed .2cc per pop and make sure to hit in a soft area. Hormones are absorbed and metabolized more efficiently this way. Less aromatization and hematocrit rise in men for TRT. I am able to feel like superman on 100 mg a week vs the 300 mg a week I used to use IM. Less hormonal fluctuations. The little pricks do get on my nerves some times but better than the deep IM injections with long needles.

You look awesome !!
Stay the course just tweak a few spots here n there
