CANNOT seem to get the cellulite off the back of my legs.. any suggestions? Is it true that if you work a muscle too much it is counterproductive? Like it eats itself?![]()

I hate traditional cardio it is so boring. But love HIT because it's like training doing a bunch of mini sets of weights to me. I blast for 20 seconds and down for 10 seconds on the elliptical then repeat for 4 to 8 minutes total. Thank goodness for HIT apps on the phone.If only... Lol. I need to bump up the cardio quite a bit. What do you think about HIIT?
