I swear by my treadmill,lost 23 lbs cut waist from 34" to 30" on it by doing 40 minute walks at 4.3 mph and 10% incline (L5 disc removed from back).Now do 20 minutes as a warm up before hitting the free weights,found at my age this prevents injuries.
