Looking good.

I do not think any of my clients could make it through the Bulgarian Split Squat Drop Set without me being there to push them through it. Nearly all of them are laying on the floor for a few minutes between sides and after they are done. I have left the gym 30 minutes afterwards and some were still laying there. I have been doing them so long, I sometimes do the set 3x.
Haha that was me. I threw the towel in quick. But, I’ll work up to it. May take a while.

One month in my new program. Seeing some changes.

i didn’t make it thru but a few of these. I’m not as conditioned as I thought I was.

Awesome you are looking great! How do you feel overall? Sleep? Appetite?

Tired, not getting enough sleep as I should be.
I feel like I’m eating all day long. He’s thinking about adding another 400-600 calories (1000 over what I’m use too) since he’s about to change up to high impact workouts .

It about 7-8 weeks into my training/marcos.
Only taking 100mg primobolan every 7 days.

I have one more week till my calories go up more and my training gets more intense. This is were I’m sitting at this point. 5’6 143.

4 Months into this program. Calories now at 2,360 40 P, 30C, 30F they were adjust 2 weeks ago. I have maintained staying around the same weight 142-144. Coach wanted me at 147 by the end of November. Still taking 1/2cc of 200ml primo.
Training 6 days a week. 1 of those days is stretching and light weights to stretch out.
I got 3 weeks into phase 2 which was 70 % of my max reps 3-4 whole body workout. That was wearing me out so we’re putting that off.
Hormone panel just completed. T was 166 (72 hours after last shot) E was 0, P was super low. T3 was low. Added DIM for hormones and Iodine for thyroid. NAD+ for kidneys and overall health. But, that’s cutting my appetite.
I joined a 2 nd gym to cut out some stress.
That’s were I’m sitting right now.
