Good! Cortisol is your enemy right now. Breathe and let any negativity go. No matter what negative things others (even him) say to you, your brains response is 100% British: “f@ck off mate” with a big ass smile! None of this is about them, it’s about you, your dreams, your success, your challenges. Every rep, every morsel of food, every step on the treadmill, every stair on the devil stairmaster is about you and do them all with conviction and confidence! You got this, and you aren’t alone, you have your Iron Den family behind you!
Yeah, that cortisol has kept my BF from dropping over this last week. Thank you! I’m on that devil of a stairmaster RN.

Husbands are assholes according to my wife. lol

GF got ya covered with his solid advice so I have zero to add. I will say that if your coach says you're on track, you're on track. Anyone that has ever done this knows the last few weeks suck both physically and mentally. You're doing something most would never try and in that, it separates you from the pack. Stay strong, believe in yourself, work hard and let the chips fall where they may.
lol he said he’s literally doing it on purpose since I am grumpy.
I’m just trying to stay busy doing my thing and ignore him. Bad thing is he competed in BB for YEARS!

The only support is from my coach and this group. Thank you, Bova!
That means you're pretty good.

Here's something this old man learned long ago. When you're below average, no one pays attention to you. You get a little better and they rally around you. After time and improvement they want to dismiss you. Eventually, when you hit that high level, they won't even want to mention your name.

How did your competition go?
Well, I am very happy with my placement considering I was a good three seconds off in my posing and forgot to move my hair on my back individual pose.
I got 3rd in Masters and 3rd in open.
There was over 200 competitors so we moved very quickly.
I couldn’t get completely in my pose. So, practice and go for round two maybe this fall. Thank you for asking!
