Figured I’d follow a lot of my ugbb people and post a log.
Currently in the middle of a training blast.
was chest/back, legs, shoulders/arms, day off, repeat.
So everything 2x a week.
Starting today I upped the frequency to 3x a week moving to a torso/limbs split.
One working set per bodypart to failure.
I’m very scatter brained so I’ll add in things as I remember.
