Nice work, really getting some nice volume sets in ... they always look so appealing to those of us who are in the phase of the peaking where volume is winnowed down a bit. I always think how nice it'll be just to drop the weight and really blow out the wheels on squats and deadlifts right about the time I'm 3-5 weeks out from a meet. lol

Thanks Chris. It's been a while since I really did any high volume/hypertrophy work, and I personally hate it. I would much rather lift heavy all the time as I'm sure alot of us here are the same way. But its definitely a necessary component of training for strength. But this time around I've actually been enjoying it, leaving the gym exhausted from all the reps and sets its kind of a satisfying feeling you know.

Yup, don't get me wrong. Volume work sucks. But the only time, it looks somewhat attractive to me is deep into a pre-competition peak. Heh.

Nice pressing. Those triceps must've been cooked.

Crazy reps. Are you planning to compete in the 2016 Mr. Olympia?!!! I can't even think about ten-rep deadlifts without my back hurting.

It's not anything serious but still wanted to play it safe, it feels like a little knot. I will be using my lacrosse ball and rolling it out tonight.

Nice work. Glad the tweak isn't a big deal.
