Is there a trick to Arch and have your shoulders pulled back in the Shirt?

Sort of. Thoracic mobility and strengthening of the upper back and rear delts. The shirt shouldn't be stopping you from doing that. Tag me in a raw bench vid so I can see what that looks like.

Getting better at the Squat Suit... I have never had anything over 555 on my back before... So hitting 585 so smooth I just threw on 25's and went for it.. I got out of groove a little, but recovered. Wasn't really a grinder thou.. So I'm hoping for 650+ by Meet time..Also went wider stance and my Deadlift shoes. I need to get me some of those Reebok TR shoes. These Sabos didn't feel any where near as sturdy as my Nike Rom. IIs..

On that last set that got a little wobbly... Where did it go wrong and why?
Didn't sit back and stay tight enough?

Planned Attempts... Goal is to break 1700 total. My original goal was 1600, but training as gotten better.

All my 2nd Attempts will get me 1700.. 3rd attempts I'll pick then

SQ- 575/625/..650 ?
B - 425/450/...475 ?
DL - 590/625(PR)/...650 ?

Just weighed in this morning at 198 on the money. Dropped about 5-6 lbs to make weight.
