Training hurts

Saturday:
Bench, OH press, dips, chest on the cable, triceps on the cable, lateral raises with dumbbells.
I have noticed the difference on my Chest and Shoulder training days that if I do bench or OH press first. I can do harder sets with the exercise I do 1st.

Makes sense. You're fresh for the first lift.

Thanks for the support all, I been training hard, just haven't been able to update the log. I try to update you soon. There's been some new changes on my training, I been trying to make this parallel style squat program on my leg days, where I try to squat every week more weights and do less reps. Not sure how long I can keep that up.

@IronBreez was here Sunday, maybe you scared her away with your pythons.

I'll get perfect along with pythons,

9X9 Squats
2X10 squats at smith machine,
2X15 calf raises

Dinner: Hamburger meat,

I been training heavy :)
14th October:
Bench press 10 X 3
Dips 15 X 3
OH press 10 X 3
Triceps on cable 15 X 3
Chest / Peck deck on cable 15 X 3
Dumbbell curls 15 X 3

That is kind of my basic routine I did today, I try to add there something more to spice things.

I write my last squat session, which was on Saturday 2nd Nov.
Squat 9X9,
Squat on smith machine 3 X 10
calve raises, 3 X 10

I am going to do 10 X 10 on next squat session, and after that I will start adding some more weights.

Hi, I haven't been updating for a while. I was able to do my squat goal with 10X10 before this covid situation hit us. After that I been training at home.

week 36/2022, back to training

Training session 1

Front squat 3X6
Leg extensions on machine 3X10
OH press 3X10
OH press on machine 3X10
Pull-ups wide 3 X max rep.
Bicep curls 3 X 15

Training session 2

Bench press 3X10
Bench press 3X15 with super set 3X15 incline bench press machine
Cable pulldown
Bicep curls 3X15
Calf raise machine
Hanging leg raises 3X10

Training session 3

Pull ups 10 sets
Dips 3 sets
Hanging leg raises

My own conclusions: I need to add some more volume to legs.

Nice work.

I would agree, the legs need more. You only hit the front half of your legs.
