As Father Time has crept up on my joints, I've decided to pivot on my way of training.
I'm going to start working on muscle and ligament endurance/strengthing. I want to be able to still play basketball and move laterally at a decent level without all the large muscle mass and injuries.
Does anyone have thoughts on good push/pull/circuit training routines?
I appreciate the input!
