Ok, what are your favorite Ab/Oblique workouts? What do you do to get that 3-D look?

I like doing heavy rope/cable crunches and leg raises.

Feel free to post pics/videos etc...

HAHA, You know what i meant, Abs that POP, bulge out, anyone can get a lean stomach with visible abs. Im talking about truly developed abdominal muscles.

those are bad ass Gunz. Heres another question for those of you with really thick Abs, how often do you train them?

i like to get a variety of fine tip markers and/or airbrush's until i get desired affects

i like to do abs in circuits, more of a cardio style.

ab rollouts
hanging leg raises
reverse crunch (heart)
reverse crunch (reverse heart)
situps

I don't do any ab exercises at all. I think mine still look ok :)

If you are hitting exercises that make you use your core and you have low BF no reason to do a single "crunch"
