Started a test400 cycle cruise taking 1/2 cc based on advice from my PL'ing brothers here @UGBB/TID.

Supplements (I apply recommended doses; otherwise you just piss it out)
  • L glutamine
  • 1/2 cc supertest (400mg/mL)
Workout (<#>=number of sets, S=superset, H=hyperset, < = linking with previous)
  1. quads
    • single legs press (10X90+sled, 10X90,10X90,10X90)
    • (4S) < single/double calf raise on leg press (10X90+sled, 10X90,10X90,10X90)
    • forward lunge (10X50,10X50,10X50,10X50)
    • (4S) < hack squat (10X90+sled,10X90, 10X140,10X140)
    • (4S) single/double leg ext (10/15X30/35, 10/15X30/35,10/15X30/35,10/15X30/35)
    • outer adductor (15X130,15X130, 15X130,15X130)
    • (4S) < angled calf raise (20X200,20X200, 20X200,20X200)
    • (4) seated calf raise /supplemental drop set weight (10/15X115,10/15X115, 10/15X115,10/15X115)

I let coach know I was going to take a couple of weeks off and start from with 2 weeks into my test cycle. Nothing against his training, but I wanted to make sure I started my cycle and then start the off where I left off.

Honestly brother, I didn’t have the budget to pay him this week. Not taking time off from the gym, just restarting sessions with him after the 8th. He didn’t take anything personal, he still owes me a session or two but he’ll do whatever I ask him to work with.

I am pinning my second half CC on my left quad today. I did quads on Sunday after pinning right quad and no issues nor pip. Like butta…

Ok was not clear why, sounded like you were taking a break. Makes sense, coaches are expensive

Yeah I have 0 issues with PIP anywhere I pin quads, delts, pecs unless its Tren A ans Guiacol

yeah, i don't trust the other fools to waste time 'splaining to them.

you must have some big quads like @genetic freak to not have any issues with pinning.
