Totally stretched skin..only cure surgical?

One of my closest friends and gym buddies has had two kids close together, took zero care, hot huge, lost weight on crash dieting.
Her youngest is about 2, and she's left with a belly that looks like biscuit dough.
She's been a vegan, done crossfit, major cardio, etc.,etc. but she stretched her belly skin so badly that I'm afraid that a tuck is her only hope.
Can yohimbine, gh , or anything else help such damage?
Thanks! She looks to me all of the time and I feel terrible.
