Leg surgery 6 yrs ago ... I was using every pathetic-old-person device I could for a long while post-surgery ... and especially in the shower, tub, using the commode, etc. Mats, walkers, a bench in the bathtub, you name it.
My next house will have all those firmly placed metal handles you see in tv ads scattered around. I'll be older then, probably injured again, and still looking to recover and train again.
