To GH or Not

Getting ready to fire up a cutting cycle which will last approx 16 weeks. Assuming the diet is in check and the cardio is where it needs to be I was wondering if GH would be a move a might consider to my current plan. I'm 265 at 5'11" and I want to come at 230-235lbs at around 10% give or take a little. My current BF level is unknown but I would guess it to be around 18% based on what I know. :)I'm not planning on competing just seeing if I can achieve this look that I'm shooting for. I'm planning on running Winny 50mg Ed (inj) with 100mg Tren Eod. Test Prop 100mg EOD. I was thinking of adding GH to this mix but I want the most out of it. If it will add that extra fat loss and harden me up the way I want then I'm all for it. Just not sure if the results will be where I want them to be or should I just stick with this cycle. I would be using 4 to 6 IU a day:)

i would add it if financially it is good for you. 4ius would be a great addition to the fat loss portion of it

I was intrested in GH and when I started doing reshearch I came across the following peptides. Mod GRF(1-29) and GHRP-2(there are others). unlike GH they will not shut you down and each dose of 100mcg of each is cause your body to release up too 5IU of your own natural GH....

I'm currenlty dosing 2-3 times a day upon waking, PWO, and prebed. So I have my body releasing it own GH each day of 10-15IU of GH in a pulses. Your body perfers pulse of GH instead of a steady infusion of GH.

I will be adding in 10IU/W of Rips here in the next month or so as I head into PCT. I will be add 2iu 10 mins after my peptides dose in the morning and PWO. The body will see this a one LARGE pulse and will not shut down natural GH production

Now you ask if this is going to help with fat loss? Yes, however GH or peptides are a cherry on pop if you will. What I found that worked very well with fat loss was to dose upon waking, wait an hour, do an 1hr fasted cardio(to burn off all FFA released due to GH), then fast for a few more hours after cardio, then start eating again.

Anyhow...my 2 cents on the subject

^^ ghrp-2 cause significant rises in cortisol and prolactin. I would use Ipamolin instead.

^^^I acutally just swapped out the G2 prebed for Ipamorelin. Yes it said G2 will increase cortisol and prolactin, but with in normal range for most. I have not really notice any issues as of yet and I am just over 4 month in.

I like GH, but I think many expect a little too much from it. I'm running it for simple longevity, anti-aging, and thus only running at about 1.5 IU/day. Running it at 4 IUs/day as MAGS said will help with the fat loss, but that's not a cheap solution. With good discipline on the diet, you can easily achieve your goals over 16 weeks without the GH.

i only noticed it during while getting ready for centrals.

Exactly! I did this exact stack, with 4iu of GH. 2iu upon waking and 2iu post work out. Awesome.
