Three years progress from PL to BB...

    Left pic is 176lb MW in 2014, right pic is same show as 195lb LHW in June, 2017. Conditioning suffered a little this show as cardio was near impossible last 4wks from a knee injury but I'm still excited to make progress in my mid 40s (43 then 46)

    Definitely more thick in the latest picture. Great work. Lats and thighs greatly improved.

    Can see some minor difference in condition. Maybe just water? I can't tell.

    But some fantastic improvement. Legs and arms and lats are way bigger

    Thicker than a bowl of oatmeal. 10/10 would hit
