if u had your own home gym it could be done .this is what i would do..just work the basics.train before u head to work...with long hours like that u will be to burnt to workout after...i would do a one on and one off during your work days...
day one legs
day two off
day 3 chess
day 4 off'
day 5 arms
day 6 off
day 7 shoulder work
repeat....this way your train all your main muscle groups....dont worry about the secondary muscles.u can foucs more on thos on your week off..
Kepp it simple wile working...stick with your basics....so atleast u keep up with your bigger muscles ....make sure u keep your protein high so u dont lose....dw
