What's New?

Thoughts on these Lab results (pre-TRT)?

Where is the hormone panel? Only has TSH on this and it isnt strong. What did you get the BW for? Odd to have a male with the missing hormone panel, it is kinda standard on BW.

Your lipids look reasonably shitty but not horrible. When was the last time you ran an oral or tren?

everything looks good, besides lipids as previously mentioned. Try taking citrus bergamot 1000mg twice a day if you wanna get it corrected without statins

Last ran oral like 4 years ago, never tren. I’m getting follow up blood work tomorrow. BW was supposed to be for low T and general well health...

Suggestions for requests regarding the next round of blood work?

Thanks for the suggestion. I jumped on MegaRed, stopped creatine, started almost-daily cardio and added Turmeric also. I’ve eaten like a lazy powerlifter for too long so I knew things would be a bit off. Don’t know anything about citrus bergamot - will look into it

Your test levels is not far away from the lower limit. You’ll feel better when this is higher.

your lipids need some work. Total cholesterol is fine, but your LDL and triglycerides are high and hdl is low.

You’ll probably need to cut down red meat and eat more chicken, turkey and get some fatty fish in twice a week like salmon.

you’re Bun is borderline high, so make sure you drink enough water per day. Also see if anything you’re taking can cause stress on the kidneys.

otherwise it looks good

Regarding lipids: Add niacin (500-1000mg a day). Takes some adjusting to the immediate release (the best IMO) at those doses, but is more effective than the non flushing type.
That dose will serve a two fold role for you in a very simple way: it will lower your LDL, and increase your HDL.

Question: Do you tend to be more carb oriented rather than a red meat eater?
