Has anyone actually found relief in curcumin? I’ve been taking it for a year and my joints get worse and worse

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy could be a good option for you, especially since your sports med ortho recommended it as having the best results for tendonitis. PRP works by using your own blood's growth factors to promote healing in the tendon, and compared to cortisone injections, it can offer longer-term benefits by addressing the root cause of inflammation rather than just the pain. The $750 cost might seem high, but if it gets you back to lifting and boxing within a month or two, it could be worth the investment for improving your quality of life. Just make sure to follow the recommended recovery plan and ease back into your activities to avoid re-injury.

Carlos that is what I am hoping. I plan on doing all the PT slowly to get back into it in 10 days or so.

Monsoon, sometimes our joints are just going to hurt regardless of supps. I will say that I started following the anti inflammatory diet, not super strict but 75% and it has helped.

I have been after that second day where I worked. It is still sore but does not hurt like it did. So 1 week and 1 day in. I have eaten clean, no alcohol, no cigars. I did eat pasta last night but that is the first food I have consumed that I did not make myself or prepare from a whole ingredient. I have done some air squats and lunges as my leg muscles were getting tight and uncomfortable. Really trying to get back. AMazing in a week how much my muscles look smaller with zero workout.

I I have not worked out my upper body due to my damned elbow tendonitis for months. I have not rolled and can only due light punching for boxing and that is no fun! It will not go away even when I take a couple weeks off it does not get any better. I went to see a sports med ortho and they said take a couple months off, try a cortisone injection and take a month off or PRP and two weeks off and then work slowly back. He said PRP has the best results.

$750 is a bit cost prohibitive but if I can get back to lifting in a month or two it will be worth it. They will do an ultrasound to see if there is any damage but I am sure it is just a badly inflamed tendon.

I did do a BCP157 cycle with some relief but I lifted light and it went right back to pain.

What do you think? It is causing quality of life issues.

I'd shop around and do some digging if you're looking to try PRP. A lot of the places claiming to offer PRP are just drawing off the whole plasma layer and injecting it or they're using plug tubes which only offer slightly higher than normal platelet concentrations. you might have better luck with PRF if you can find a place offering it.

Mixed with Turmeric or just by itself?? I didn’t know it helped with tendon issues
Just curcumin and bioperine to help absorbtion. It did not help me but does help reduce inflamation all around and it is said to be anti cancer as well so why not take it even if it did not help my elbow.

I take it daily for anticancer & it’s the turmeric curcumin witb bioperine. I take a lot of stuff that’s anticancer daily: d3+k2, grapefruit seed, dandelion root, Irish Sea moss… when I retire I’ll take RSO daily as well. Fuck cancer
